- We inspect your clothes to ensure each item is suitable for machine washing and look in pockets so nothing ends up in the wash that shouldn't. Any items not meant for machine washing, like dry-clean-only garments, will be promptly returned to you.
- We carefully sort your laundry into whites, lights, and darks, and all your clothes are washed using cold water and dried in medium/low heat to preserve color and prevent shrinkage. Any noticeable stains will be pre-treated. We never mix your laundry with other customer orders.
- We wash your loads according to your preferences. Need a hypoallergenic detergent? Plant based product? Prefer hot water? Let us know and we will be happy to meet any special instructions.
- Your clothes are neatly folded, and your socks are paired, ready to be worn or put away. We also hang dress shirts, pants, and dresses at no extra cost.
- There is no extra charge for kids' clothing.
